Scope of Application

These terms and conditions govern the booking of transfer and tour services managed by Watur S.A.C. through its website.

Service Booking

Bookings for transfers, Customized Tours in Lima, and Watur Express are made through the contact forms available on the website.

Submitting a booking form does not constitute an automatic confirmation of the service. The booking will be valid once Watur S.A.C. confirms availability and details via email or direct communication.

Payment Method

Payments are not processed through the website.

Payment for the booked services will be made in person at the start of the service in Lima, or through a payment method previously agreed upon with the client.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated as far in advance as possible.

Watur S.A.C. reserves the right to apply penalties or retain fees based on the cancellation notice period. These terms will be informed to the client during the booking confirmation process.

Limitation of Liability

Watur S.A.C. shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

For accommodations managed through Airbnb, responsibility for bookings lies with the platform and is subject to the terms and conditions established therein.

Modifications

Watur S.A.C. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website.
